The location of this resort was perfect for our Christmas holiday. We were within walking distance to the city center, trams, and a casino. The views from our balcony overlooking the canal were absolutely stunning. We also enjoyed being able to fish off the jetty, which was a unique and fun experience. The resort had a heated swimming pool and BBQ area, which added to the family-friendly atmosphere.
Although the resort had great amenities and views, there were some maintenance issues in the rooms. The shower screen and drawers in the kitchen were broken, and there were marks on the walls.

I loved the location of this resort. It was so close to everything - the shops, the convention centre, and all the attractions in this city. The convenience factor was amazing!

The location of the resort is superb, making it easy to get to the conference center and close to everything. the rooms offer a lovely view of the canal, and the pool area is enjoyable with a sauna and fishing options available. the resort provides secure underground parking and fully equipped kitchens.
Some aspects of the resort, such as room maintenance and cleanliness, were disappointing.

We loved staying at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to amenities and the convention center, making it easy for us to attend our conference. The room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, a sitting area, and all the necessary amenities like a tea and coffee maker. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after a busy day. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for families. the location was convenient as it was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchen lacked basic essentials such as plates and glasses, and they were not cleaned properly. the dryer was broken and overheated, making it challenging to dry clothes.
